Leaked: AT&T NSA documents

The federal court in San Francisco barred the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF), its representatives and its technical experts from discussing or disseminating these documents, but did not include whistleblower Mark Klein or the press in the gag order. The affidavit and other documents were first published online late last night (Pacific time).

Meanwhile, Attorney General Alberto Gonzales claimed yesterday that he believes journalists can be prosecuted for publishing classified information, citing "national security."
