ORAL ARGUMENTS WERE HEARD IN SF FEDERAL COURT TODAY TO DISMISS EFF'S SUIT AGAINST AT&T FOR ASSISTING THE NSA IN WARANTLESS WIRETAPPING OF MILLIONS OF AT&T CUSTOMERS. THE BUSH ADMINISTRATION IS ASKING FOR THE COURTS TO DISMISS THE LAWSUIT SAYING EVIDENCE USED COULD HARM NATIONAL SECURITY INTERESTS.
