Anti-choice religious “crusaders” descended on Planned Parenthood in San Francisco this morning, July 23. A dozen youth affiliated with American Life League’s “Crusade for the Defense of Our Catholic Church” led the protest against medical services for woman. On the road from Virginia, and making their way to Sacramento, another dozen local anti-choice activists reinforced the modern day children crusaders. Three-dozen local pro-choice activists, including a number of International Socialist Organization supporters, and regular Planned Parenthood clinic defenders ensured that the clinic remained open.
