Notes from the Resistance:
Do not attempt to refresh your browser. This is an unprecedented takeover of the Infinite Kaos Headquarters by the Conscious Sound Collective Resistance.
The Resistance is dedicated to revealing the truth behind the agenda of the Bush administration and its neoconservative thinktank, Project for a New American Century [http://www.newamericancentury.org].
We live in dangerous times. We live in an era of American politics fueled by greed and power and managed with lies and deception. We live beneath the policies of the ruling elite whose interests, livelihoods and investments are inexorably linked to the military industrial complex and the energy industries, i.e., oil and natural gas. In the name of “liberating” peoples, the American government is wreaking havoc upon the world to secure their access to the last remaining oil and natural gas reserves.
As Bush’s approval ratings dip—in the face of the Iraq quagmire and here at home fielding criticism of his counterterrorism policies—the question of saving face takes on an ominous urgency. Already major publications—including the New York Times and the Washington Post—have stated that another terrorist attack upon American soil this year is imminent: not a question of “if” but “when.” The Joint Chiefs of Staff have promised us that the nation will go to Code Red alert under the Homeland Security’s color-coded barometer threat of terror. The provisions of Code Red [severe] are: martial law. Congress would be suspended for six months. If this happens anytime after May 2—no federal elections.
The National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States [911 Commission] fails to ask the real questions of what really happened on September 11, 2001. But why should we expect the very same institution to challenge itself in public? Defying all logic, members of the Commission testified in front of the Commission. Every member of the Commission has ties to the Intelligence community, the Bush Administration and/or energy industries. You won’t hear the Commission ask about the discovery of Project Bojinka or the testimony of former counsel to the House Judiciary Committee, David Schippers, or why it appears that there was a complete and unprecedented breakdown of standard operating procedures for air emergencies by the FAA, NORAD, and the Commander-in-Chief, George Bush.
These are just a few of the questions the Conscious Sound Collective will raise and open for discussion, as well as host an entire evening dedicated to promoting awareness into what really happened on September 11, 2001.
