Pictures From Insurgence Solidarity March on Saturday
pictures from the march
The interesting thing about this march was the coming together of protestors and shoppers along the route. I had several angry drivers and shoppers call me expletives and throw things like candies at me (strange that these capitalists would part with their products so easily, but they seemed overwhelmed with their anger that anyone would disagree with their imperialist interests). They had no arguments at all, and could only respond 'Yes!' or scream things like 'Go back to Iraq!' when I asked them if they agreed with the murders of women and children in this occupation, or where the wmds were. No wonder they're furious - they seem to have brain damage. I wondered what all the fuss was about.
