S F Board of Education to Pass Anti-War Resolution . . . with your help

Urge the San Francisco Board of Education
to Pass Anti-War Resolution and Protections
Against Military Recruiting Resolution

On Tuesday night, January 14, at 7pm the SF
Board of Education will be voting on 2
resolutions introduced by School Board Members
Eric Mar and Mark Sanchez that oppose the war
on Iraq, establish a day of public education
on the war and protect privacy rights of
students against military recruiters.

The SF resolutions follow in the footsteps of the
Oakland Education Association and Oakland Board
Member Dan Siegel's resolution establishing Jan
14 as a day of public education in the Oakland
Unified School District.
