WHY PERMIT THE 1% TO TAKE FROM THE 99%--Voices from the Memory Hole

How can one describe the world’s richest man and his billionaire partners’ stated intentions to destroy Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security?

What can one say about their deliberate actions to deprive millions of education, medical care, protection from environmental toxins, and job safety, while giving tax breaks and subsidies to corporations and the rich???

Albert Einstein said it best, "Nowhere have we really overcome…the predatory phase of human development".
https://monthlyreview.org/2009/05/01/why-socialism/

How does one describe a politician appointed to oversee the nation’s science and health care who campaigned with the following promise—“We are going to give infectious disease a break for eight years”. https://www.the-independent.com/news/world/americas/us-politics/robert-f-kennedy-jr-vaccines-b2441705.html A dictionary definition reads: “a person with an egocentric and anti-social personality and an absence of empathy for others,” also known as a psychopath.

How does one characterize a system and its politicians who cut spending on social needs and social programs for the general population but spend trillions of dollars on endless war, domination, exploitation, and destruction?

A famous economist describing
Political Economy wrote: it "summons as foes into the field of battle the most violent, mean and malignant passions of the human breast, the Furies of private interest." (Preface to the first German edition of Capital, Vol. 1, July 25, 1867, by Karl Marx)

Profit driven violence has killed 11 million in World War 1, 80 million in World War 2, and will kill hundreds of millions in the next world war the warmongers are actively planning.

For those who reject war, insatiable greed, genocide, and barbarism while fervently desiring a profoundly equal and socially cohesive society, we declare that we do remember the past and will not repeat it.

The struggle to replace predatory systems and those who would dominate and exploit others remains the greatest challenge for political mass mobilization.
