Amira Fox Florida State's Attorney - corruption and constitutional violations - Lawfare

The Florida police State is flourishing. Amira Fox, the 20th Circuit State's Attorney prosecuted a criminal case after the case was removed to federal court, without a criminal statute, without authoring a charging document, without service and absent standing. AKA, in the absence of any and all jurisdiction and disrespecting the jurisdiction and authority of the Federal Courts.

Two complaints filed with the Florida Commission of Ethics 11/25/2024 and 12/02/2024.

The first complaint deals with the mysterious docketing of a criminal case absent a criminal statute, a charging document and service. Behind the scenes illegal conduct was the only way the case got docketed absent any legitimate practice, policy, rule of procedure.

The second complaint discusses the pursuit by Amira Fox of a case that had been removed to the Federal Courts. Amira Fox litigated a case in State Court that no longer existed in State Court.
