Lack of services for domestic violence victims
Victims of domestic violence in Santa Cruz noCounty have no where to turn
This needs to be posted.
I am a clear victim of domestic violation by co-tenants. The housing i live is covered by VAWA though i was falsely arrested as stalking the predator. Nobody wsrned scpd officer they used to arrest me that i have clear audios of threats against my life. I am ckearlu thr victims.
The officer stated he knew thr law and has been arresting a lot if people for domestic violence. Anf i was not a victim.
Don't listen to officers i have found they rareky know the laws nor have read them . I do deep google searchs. I change living sitution keywords.
Housemates in co-tenant housing can be held to domestic violence. If you read the whole if CA laws.
I have tried every resource locally to seek help on being a victim of domestic violence. The management gave me an attachment on VAWA twice made me intial it. When i followed the supplied attachment asking they open a complaint on my behalf--i heard silence.
Monarch services is useless in action. No attorney referrals even. Walnut Women's Center is the same nonexistent help. The following iswhat was done to me instead of the appropriate help.
Same with SCPD who then had rogue officers falsely arrest me November 4th at around 10:30 pm. They seized my phone (still have it), and held me in booking for over 11 hours. I am an American covered by ADA for a my numerous physical disabilities documented by my long time doctor. It was cold, filthy, painful seating that i was too short to reach ground. Imagine 11 plus hours with no information, no contact. Solitary confinement equals cruelty. I was treated like a super criminal by SCPD, jail booking, mugshooting and a the jail sheriffs. Not only was i innocent but our justice system goes by innocent until proven guilty! I was treated as a guilty person throughout the whole process. I have no criminal history of any kind. The female sheriff tried and acted angry because she couldn't find anything. Couldn't
find anything on my person either. Who knows what the arresting officer had said to her that slandered me with. He has a trail of victims just like me. The Sargent in charge if the arrest excitedly came into my face while i was firced to stand too long with extremely painful cuffs and arms behind my back further damaging ny painful wrist and rotator cuff disabilities. He exclaimed proudly, "finally got you," with glee. I called him on it because of the inappropriatiness. No doubt affliayed with all the tbsc gang stalkers sic on me decades ago! Thry always have to gloat giving themselves away!
I will never get those hours of my life back nor forget the mental trauma and physical trauma on my body. I am still suffering nightmares.
An outside person called the jail on my behalf for a blanket numerous times, a wheel chair which was ignored. I finally got much needed wheel chair at 6 am three hours before my release when they tried to feed me.
I refused food and drink because the toilet is a unsanitarty filth problem, a sexual harassment issue since there is no privacy from all the men, no women walking that can clearly see in. The toilet was completrly layered with brown feces. Decades of filthy feces unwashed. The room was unwashed. There was no soap or water.
I told the food guy to get me the wheel chair my advocate had asked for several times in last 3 hours. He was tricked into serving me, a disabled american while his fellow jail sherriffs lied but never got me one.
Then the cold and filth caused me to have a srvere cough and muscus build in my bronichal tube which i was promised medicine but never recieved after many hours.
Please reach out if you can connect me up with real resources and or attorney. This injustice must not go unpunished. I must be the last victim of this cruel inhumane treatment at keast in Santa Cruz county. No other women should suffer like did and others have!
