What tale do the courthouses, museums, other buildings, and statues of Civic Center--and the people they're named for--tell about the social struggle to get enough food that the arts can flourish? At jaunt's end we'll share a gratis simple but tasty meal out of doors in celebration of the glories of society!
Your host is a Civics school teacher and amateur historian.
