The attacker was carrying food from somewhere. He had 2 items looks like burritos maybe from Cucas or sandwiches from Piemontes Either way can't they look at the date and time stamp then look at the restaurants in the area who sell food wrapped that way and get video of the person dressed that way in order to see his face. He probably lives in the area and walks thru there often. Wasn't Brad Mosier's body found behind Cucas recently? With his head smashed in while he slept as well? Also many others in the last year or so. Probably the same punk, but FPD probably hasn't even considered that after all it was just "one of the homeless". Shame on the City of Fresno for not making this a big deal like it should be. These are "hate crimes" and should be forwarded to the FBI.
