The San Francisco School of Real Estate (SFSRE) is dedicated to making everyone a de facto landlord. If all land rent is collected by the public to be used for maintaining streets, policing, fire protection, public schools, public transportation, etc. then everyone is practically-speaking a landlord. When that portion of real estate value you pay for "location, location, location" goes to society, you're the de facto landlord.
