The Israeli military's assault and siege on Gaza has pushed hundreds of thousands of Palestinians to the brink of famine. But instead of calling for a ceasefire, our government continues to send weapons to Israel and our House of Representatives just voted to ban funding to UNRWA, the primary organization providing life-saving humanitarian aid to Gazans.

The American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) has been one of the primary cheerleaders for Israel's apartheid rule over Palestinians for years, and it threatens progressive change here in the United States.

Enough is enough. It's time to kick AIPAC out of the Democratic Party once and for all.
