Ahead of the State of the Union, we will be mobilizing to defend Rafah and to stop “THE DEADLY DEAL,” a $95 bilion spending package that just passed the Senate and now heads to the House. The Deadly Deal includes $14 billion in weapons to Israel for arming genocide, and the elimination of all humanitarian funding to the UNRWA aid agency for Palestinian refugees, permanently.

At 2 PM ET / 11 AM PT, we'll flood Congress’s phone lines together to let them know we're watching as the U.S. government continues to back Israel's horrific massacres and forced starvation of Palestinians in Gaza. Demand that your elected officials call for a PERMANENT CEASEFIRE NOW and stop arming Israel!

You and I have seen over and over again what our tax dollars are funding in Palestine. The Israeli military has now committed multiple flour massacres, shooting at starved Palestinian people who are risking their lives to get flour from humanitarian aid trucks in Gaza.

Your activism, and the building pressure of our movement, is finally forcing the Biden administration to confront its horrific participation in genocide, as Vice President Kamala Harris calls for a six-week temporary pause.

But make no mistake. You cannot “pause” a genocide. The killing and all conditions designed to exterminate Palestinian life must end.

Now that the pressure’s on, we must fight all the harder to push for a PERMANENT CEASEFIRE NOW, humanitarian aid entry for the countless Palestinians who Israel is deliberately starving, and an end to U.S. military funding to Israel. Palestine must be free.
