What hope are progressive movements-
anti-war, environmentalist, anti-capitalist, etc with all these stupid corporate gadgets in public??
These technology gadgets and their intrusiveness is a CORE ISSUE that effect all other issues. We have watched for years as the introduction of tvs, cell phones, facebook, etc have destroyed public discussion and debate in the world. Protest numbers have dwindled. There are few political fliers for upcommimg protests or fact sheets. Seeing strangers debate politics on the sidewalks used to be a common occurance- with other strangers joining in. Now adays people rarely look each other in the eye and even lack the basic capacity for patience itself.

People talk about the billionaires and blame them but buy their fucking products and refuse to BOYCOTT them. The people essentally to blame but themeselves for who and they fund.
