Why has Biden continued the policies of mass expulsion of immigrants started by Trump? (Trump expelled hundreds of thousands, Biden over 2 million.)

Should people escaping inhuman conditions be seen as “criminals” and “animals”? or as human beings, our brothers and sisters?

Why will it take a revolution to put an end to the inhuman treatment of immigrants, and why and how would a revolutionary society welcome immigrants?
