Duh, workers make the capital that accelerates worker productivity, ergo capital depends upon labor creating it.

However, neither workers nor capitalists make land, so whoever controls land/location controls the exercise of both labor and capital. NOTE: we make a distinction between capital and land because they are existenitally distinguishable, with capital a product of labor while land is a gift of nature.

Come along on a May Day-inspired workers' rights walking tour surveying the role real estate tenure plays in the issue of just or fair or deserved wages.

This walk disturbs the Koch Brothers, Yimbys, Nimbys, Nancy Pelosi, Mitch McConnell, Donald Trump, Bernie Sanders, KPFA, KQED, FoxNews, homeowners, renters, housing rights orgs, land owners associations, and more, by simply presenting the case for socializing the market rent of land. Come along and see if you're annoyed too!

The tour is free (except for your time and complacent notions).
