A Trump-appointed federal judge in Amarillo, TX has ruled to OVERTURN the Food & Drug Administration’s approval of mifepristone, an essential abortion medication.
Mifepristone has been available for more than two decades. It is part of the most common abortion-care regimen in the USA. It remains safe & effective despite this outrageous ruling.
Now, the drug could be BANNED nationwide — even in states where abortion remains legal. Since medication abortion is the most common form of abortion care in the U.S., this ruling could have a devastating impact on Americans everywhere.
