California Department of Public Health’s Criminal Negligence—April 2023

by Nayvin Gordon, M.D.
California Department of Public Health deliberately sacrifices the lives of the elderly, sick, and disabled by removing all restrictions on the transmission of the Covid-19 virus in high risk locations.
California Department of Public Health’s Criminal Negligence—April 2023

“The California Department of Public health (CDPH) has announced that as of April 3, 2023, “masks will no longer be required in indoor high-risk and health care settings., including long term care and correctional facilities, and homeless, emergency and warming/cooling centers.” https://www.cdph.ca.gov/Programs/OPA/Pages/NR23-014.aspx

The most vulnerable in the healthcare setting will now be exposed to employees spreading Covid-19 to their patients.

At a time when Covid is widespread with over 600 sub-variants, still killing some 150,000 people every year, the majority being over 65 years old, this decision by the CDPH is deliberate criminal negligence, perhaps even passive euthanasia of the elderly and infirm.

Professor Ezekiel Emanuel a former White House Health Advisor and bioethicist has stated that Americans live too long and for the elderly, as he put it the question is “whether our consumption is worth our contribution”.“ https://medicalethicshealthpolicy.med.upenn.edu/in-the-news/a-doctor-and-medical-ethicist-argues-life-after-75-is-not-worth-living

How similar is this to the ideology of the useless eaters, those unworthy of life, who were murdered by the Nazis in 1939?

Now the state of California will deliberately allow Covid -19 to be the executioner.

What will we do?
