What makes Putin's invasion of Ukraine real is that it takes up material space. If it were dialectical marxist theory, or self-described liberal or reactionary anti-capitalism, or anti-US imperialism justification of proposed violence, Ukrainians and Russians wouldn't be dead.

And not until the housing debacles of California located on SF's 49 (or so) square miles or California's 163,696 square miles was there a housing crisis.
