KPFA/KPFK/Pacifica Issues. - The seizure of KPFA funds was abetted by KPFA "Protectors".et al.
2 - The sale of KPFK's building, was set up without input from listeners and staff,
3 - In the absence of .new elections,the vote to have the current occupants keep their places,even if termed out, is illegal..

On Thursday March 9 Rescue Pacifica held a press conference in front of KPFA'sbuilding to protest the proposed sale of the KPFK building, and the extension of the terms of Pacifica's local station board's delegates across the network to replace this year's LSB elections, due to lack of finds, and contrary to its bylaws. The method of replacing the board, since an election was not possible, should be to add delegates from the runners up list from the previous election, instead of overriding the bylaws limitation of terms of delegates to 6 years.
