Rental Housing Costs Impact on Sonoma County

The purpose of this study was to gather in-depth research from both sides to determine what factors may have fueled the rise in the cost of rentals which have impacted the county. Results showed that multiple factors played a role into its impact such as the rise in housing prices but not a rise in earning wages. Families have had to either learn how to manage their spending habits and utility usage at home in order to compensate for the rise in housing.
