Meetup: Emotional Management for Activists

Life puts us all under a lot of pressure. For those of us who have chosen to be activists, we may feel additional stress and pressure from the work we do to help animals. Our activism and work often brings up painful emotions. At this Meetup, Nelson will be sharing tools for how to manage our emotions in a healthy way so that we can reduce our own stress and also be more effective activists.

Where: Crescent Lawn, UC Berkeley
When: Saturday, March 5th, 11am ~ 12:30pm
What: Community meetup

If you cannot join in person you can join on Zoom at 11:15am, the Zoom link is dxe.io/meetupzoom

- We encourage you to take public transit if possible, the lawn is just two blocks from Downtown Berkeley BART station.
- Dogs and other companion animals are welcome at this event!
- There will be brunch and coffee for a suggested donation, please bring your own reusable plate and cup if possible!
