Even though the economy is gaining jobs as the recovery from the pandemic continues, jobs in caregiving—overwhelmingly held by women & women of color—are still being lost.
Investing in home and community based services will enable women—many of whom left their jobs due to home caregiving responsibilities—to rejoin the workforce. A robust investment in care infrastructure will ensure these workers can thrive.
Join us for a discussion to hear campaign updates and what comes next regarding funding for homecare, immigration, and community services.
Thursday, October 4 @ 4pm PT (7pm ET)
