The U.S. House Oversight and Reform Committee is holding a hearing on the Equal Rights Amendment this Thursday, October 21!

This is the first time that Congress has held a full committee hearing on the ERA since the 1970s. Last week marked 50 years since Congress passed the ERA on to the states for ratification.

"The Equal Rights Amendment: Achieving Constitutional Equality for All” will be a hybrid hearing to commemorate this 50th year of the ERA's ratification journey and to explore
what final steps are needed to finally fully pass the ERA.

This moment has been a long time coming and momentum is on our side!
