The Patient Protection & Affordable Care Act (PPACA) is under attack yet again, this time during the COVID-19 pandemic. After countless failed attempts in Congress, Donald Trump and Republican attorneys general are taking their efforts to repeal the PPACA through the
Supreme Court and the newly appointed conservative justices on the bench.

If Republicans’ Health Care Repeal Lawsuit ultimately succeeds, health insurance companies will be able to deny coverage to more than 130 million Americans, including people with
pre-existing conditions like diabetes, asthma, and cancer, amid a global pandemic.

Join us as we hear from advocates, experts, and elected officials about the fight in making sure the Patient Protection & Affordable Care Act remains law, and what all of us can do to hold the
Trump administration accountable for putting millions of lives on the line.
