I want to know that this is truly a solidarity ride that is of respectful of George Floyd and the movement that it is happening right now.
Who is leading this ride? Please DM me.
by Ab
Where will we be riding?
by MSphd
Anyone know of similar plans forming in the east bay? There are concerns about crossing the bay & COVID spread. Also, parallel demonstrations would just be a stronger act, as we’ve seen in recent days.

just my thoughts

- let black and brown riders lead the mass
- hold off ramp intersections for 8 minutes 46 seconds in remembrance of george floyd
- stop at hall of justice and mission police station (#frisco5)
- stop at sites of sfpd murders?
- if curfew in effect: be somewhere central by 7:30 so riders can easily leave if they need to

I don't have a bike, but would love to join. What can I do?
by KB
I can't find any more East Bay protests listed online so I'm going to venture out with a friend across the Bay to join this event, even on foot because we don't have wheels. Please join in solidarity.
by KB
There will be at least a few of us on foot (without wheels) joining this event and coming from the East Bay. Please join in solidarity.

I made this call but have been out with food poisoning and don’t feel that I can lead tomorrow like this.

Please ride on in the tradition of Critical Mass and honor lives of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, David McAtee, Mario Woods, and all black lives lost to police murder. Lift up your voices, signs, and rides.

Hello I am curious as to who is leading the critical mass and what the plan of action is. It would be nice to be prepared and know a few more details to feel confident in the ride. Thanks for any and all organization based information.

For those that can't make it tonight but would like to support - are you accepting any supplies (snacks/water), or monetary donation via Venmo to purchase any needed supplies, that can be sent to a contact? Thanks!

I won’t be able to join on bike or scooter by was wondering if it would work and not be disruptive we joined with car on he outsides and help keep path clear? Will this be on sidewalk or on street?
by Elizabeth Creely
Market Street is car free and so is Critical Mass, by design.
by Nate
we're all wheelin'!

There are two other protests happening, one in the Mission at 3 PM for the SF resident that was slain in Vallejo, and another march that starts at City Hall at 5 PM. Definitely will come out for the ride, but maybe we should consider bringing our Critical Mass movement to these protests as well?
by a
Sean Monterrosa protest ends at Mission Police Station. City Hall protest ends in Castro. Mass will (hopefully) ride that way and all can meet.
by mw
Let's definitely meet up with the other protests!

I will also be joining on foot, because: no bike.

I think as long as you understand the spirit of critical mass, even if you don't have a bike you can still show support by being part of a crowd cheering in solidarity.
So proud to be a resident of the Bay.
<3 you all
by Hmm ok
They’re boarding up buildings over this. Wth.
