Come along on a FREE walking tour surveying social movement history in San Francisco on its way to identifying control of place as a key component of social justice dynamics.

Recognizing that land is, speaking existentially, a free gift of nature to all people, and cognizant that land values arise out of the presence of community, including both the public and private infrastructure built by society and private parties, this walk argues that land values are a socially-created value that belongs to society rather than to private interests.

The walk presents a vision of social justice rooted in the socialization of the preponderance of land values.

Provocative, astonishing, radical, therapeutic.
