Driving Out a Fascist Regime is Not a Crime

When details of Los Angeles Police Department infiltration of meetings held by the Los Angeles chapter of RefuseFascism.org went public, it outraged civil rights advocates -- and effectively undermined the prosecution of righteous activists against the Trump/Pence fascist regime. The #Freeway9 trial ended June 28 in a hung jury because some of the jurors recognized that what the defendants did was necessary and right.

The LA City Attorney has declared its determination to go ahead with unjust and highly political prosecution of two arrested, in a retrial scheduled for Monday July 22.
