Cuba and Culture
An exploration of the situation in Cuba today, speakers to include Tony Ryan, founder of the Turquino Project, and Steve Wasserman, publisher and executive director of Heyday Books. Both speakers recently returned from Cuba, Steve just returned from 10 days in Cuba, the 10th trip over 50 years, beginning in 1970 when he participated in the second contingent of the Venceremos Brigade. Tony Ryan will moderate.
