I plan on filing a federal civil rights complaint against the City of Santa Cruz for denying disabled homeless residents 24/7 access to ADA compliant, clean, sanitary bathrooms causing them to defecate/urinate outdoors, creating a health and safety hazard as well as isolating and segregating disabled homeless people from the rest of the community.
