Just sayin' . . . the land value of the United States of America is a socially-generated value, and therefore belongs to society as a whole. Nobody--white, black, gay, straight, brown, red, amber, aubergine, burgundy, cream, coffee, tea, or other color, shape, or inclination--ought to be collecting rent from anybody else for mere access to the footprint of America. That "location, location, location" value belongs to the us all, and should be collected to pay for public schools, roads, museums, health care, fire protection, and other public infrastructure and programs, n'est-ce pas?
Come on a walking tour that turns Juneteenth into a "justice going forward" celebration of "no more rent to the man" chops.
FREE, except you'll lose your inner supremacist idol, be ye white, black, gay, straight, brown, red, amber, aubergine, burgundy, cream, coffee, tea, or other color, shape, or inclination.
