400 Divisadero - Planning Commission hearing. The land was zoned for 55 units, with about 12% affordable. Then the supervisor upzoned it to allow 177 units, but reluctantly increased the affordable percentage to 18%. City voters approved up to 25% affordable. The Affordable Divis community plan calls for 50% affordable.
The developer will be walking away very happy and wealthy. Protest this give-away to developers, and loss of potential affordable housing!
