This week's edition of Priapus Dopkin's long running social justice performance art walking tour surveying San Francisco social movements is for landlords only . . . and those posing as landlords.

You must come believing that you have the right to take income from others for their mere desire to access the surface of the earth. You must believe that you have the right to buy from others the income potential of owning gifts of nature. You must believe, in deed, in the institutions of kingship, nobility, and privilege. You must believe that just as it is right and good that you pay landlords for use of the earth, just so it is right that you receive the economic rent of location, location, location from the renting class of citizens.

On the walk, landlords will learn how to maximize control of civil government, ensure nobody pays attention to the singular inequities of land value ownership, and endow institutions with unearned riches so that one's name is literally cast in stone above the School of Business at the University of California.
