In November, 2018, four young women ran, for the first time, for election to the U.S. House of Representatives. They represented different social, cultural and ethnic backgrounds, and came from different parts of the country. But they were united by a common conviction:
The status quo is unacceptible.
. . . and by a common goal:
To challenge it.
This Netflix-produced movie won the 2019 Sundance Film Festival Favorite Award. It tells the story of how four courageous progressives are fighting for equality and justice in a society that seems increasingly stacked in favor of the privileged few against the vast majority of working people.
It’s our fight, too.
