Officer Aranus has taken down three people by the neck in last three days- two at People's park, once at Sproul plaza.

Officer Aranus is infamous for an incident two years ago when he took the wallet of an undocumented hot dog vendor. That incident sparked international calls for his firing.

Here's another incident a few days ago, but this time in People's Park. Aranas has a weird fixation on the guy in this video. He has had various encounters, one of which involves allegations of sexual assault on the man, which UC police have chosen to ignore.
