Billionaires like Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, the Fisher family which runs KIPP and Rocketship schools, Eli Broad and the Walton Family which owns Walmart are seeking to destroy public education through charters and privatization. While community public schools are being closed down in Oakland the Charter controlled school board are opening up more charters.

The charter crooks are stealing billions in California from our public schools. They control the State Board of Education, the Commission on Teacher Credentialing CTC and also they have been pushing more testing and the "common core" that benefits companies like Pearson inc.
