Being vegan in a non-vegan world is tough, especially when the feeling of “not doing enough” is a constant thought in our minds. The range of emotions we experience as vegan activists take a toll on our mental wellbeing and if not addressed, can send us down a difficult path towards burnout.

As part of the 2018/2019 Change Makers Tour, Joshua Entis from Anonymous for the Voiceless will be hosting this workshop to help us regain control of our headspace and sustain our activism long-term by discussing a few simple techniques for how to:

-Eliminate negativity
-Increase the positivity in your life
-Find passion & purpose
-Work harder & smarter
-Create space for self-care
-Work together

We are looking forward to seeing you there! Please let us know if you have any questions.
