Parks and Recreation Commission Meeting

An audio recording will be available. As part of the Director's Report there was a discussion of park closures. As part of the first agenda item there was a discussion of park uses and forming an adhoc committee to consider policies. I was disappointed that there were not others of the public there to comment on how parks were being used or could be used. Do advocates only speak out when there are cameras? A larger audience? Two Commissioners had comments about the processes to date and future park uses.
