In order to accommodate bathroom-challenged clients of the Senior meal at the Louden Nelson Center, we'll be down there earlier than scheduled.

The educational action will begin at NOON rather than 1 PM today. The length of the protest will depend on weather, numbers, and other variable factors.

Also due to proposed weather concerns, we'll be meeting at Louden Nelson rather than at City Hall--so come to Louden Nelson at noon or anytime thereafter until 2 p.m.

Ask to use the bathrooms.

If they refuse, file a written complaint.

Then, post your experiences here.

Write a letter to the Sentinel or the Good Times.

Send an e-mail to City Council at citycouncil [at] cityofsantacruz.com .
CC a copy to rnorse3 [at] hotmail.com .

City Council allegedly has ultimately authority over the bathrooms through City Manager Martin Bernal, the powerful City Manager. or give a call to HUFF (Homeless United for Friendship & Freedom--a member of the Conscience and Action coalition) at 831-423-4833.

An updated flyer has the new times.
We are 100% volunteer and depend on your participation to sustain our efforts!
