Stand Up for Change, Rally Against Gun Violence

Stand Up for Change, a student run and organized rally, is being held August 25 from noon to 2 at Civic Park in Walnut Creek. We'll be hearing from students, survivors, and politicians all addressing gun violence at the state and national level, how it has impacted daily life, and what action can be taken to make change. Included in the politicians are Assemblywoman Catharine Baker, a representative for Congressman Eric Swalwell, and a representative for Senator Kamala Harris.
