THE FUTURE OF CALIFORNIA
A progressive vision

If the progressive movement is to grow and effect real change, we need to come together, regardless of party affiliation, to pursue our shared goals — a living wage, health care for all, a ban on fracking, progressive taxation, criminal justice reform, free public college — and tackle many other critical issues that rely on us to gain strength and carry our movement far beyond one campaign or one election cycle.

SPEAKERS:
GAYLE MCLAUGHLIN, former Mayor of Richmond, CA; co-founder of the Richmond Progressive Alliance and an organizer of the proposed California Progressive Alliance

JOVANKA BECKLES, Member of the Richmond Progressive Alliance and Richmond City Council; one of the two final candidates for California Assembly District 15 on the ballot this November

CLAIRE LAU, San Francisco Berniecrats co-founder and interim co-chair, SF Progressive Alliance

Sponsored by San Francisco Progressive Democrats of America
