Leon Phat, candidate for mayor of San Francisco, leads a real estate walking tour of the city, exploring the history of landlording politics. In addition to historic sites and stories, Phat will introduce his proposed legislation built on the centuries old notion that land is a commonwealth, not an economic asset of private landlords.

On this walk you'll
1)get a grip on the process of creating poverty, hardship, and alienation;
2)get a fix on what's necessary to destroy that process;
3)get jazzed about the process of replacing the malignant process with restorative process.
