On the fifth anniversary of the Sandy Hook massacre, join the East Bay Community and Oakland City Councilmember Lynette Gibson McElhaney to honor all victims of gun violence, learn how you can take action to stop the killing, and help assemble gift boxes for the families of Oakland homicide victims.
Participating organizations include: Soldiers Against Violence Everywhere, The Brady Campaign To Prevent Gun Violence, Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America, Organizing For Action, The Episcopal Peace Fellowship, Youth ALIVE!, Oakland Unite, The Peace Justice and Hunger Commission of the Episcopal Diocese of California, The Giffords Law Center to Prevent Gun Violence, True Vine Ministries, St. Alban’s Episcopal Church, St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, Christ the Lord Episcopal Church.
