Join us in a vigil for the as yet unnamed Black man who was killed by OPD on September 28 as a result of being tased. We offer our deepest sympathy to his family and loved ones. The vigil will be held tomorrow, Sunday, 6:00 pm at Foothill Blvd and 42nd Ave, where he was tased and taken into police custody. Please bring candles and flowers.
