Stockton coin dealer outed for contributing $1,000 to David Duke’s failed Senate campaign

Stockton coin dealer Robert W. Hallam, owner of Avenue Coin Inc., is a proud supporter of KKK fascist David Duke. Public records reveal that Robert W. Hallam contributed $1,000 to David Duke’s failed Senate campaign during 2016.
According to JM Buillon.com, Robert W. Hallam is one of the state’s biggest brokers of precious metals and coins.
According to wikipedia, David Ernest Duke (born July 1, 1950) is an American white nationalist, politician, antisemitic conspiracy theorist, Holocaust denier, convicted felon, and former Imperial Wizard of the Ku Klux Klan.
The recent violent white supremacist rally that David Duke attended in Charlottesville, resulted in blood in the streets of Charlottesville, and the death of Heather Heyer when she was run down by an alleged Nazi sympathizer while she was protesting against the KKK, neo-Nazis, and white supremacists. Reportedly, 19 others were injured when the Nazi sympathizer plowed into a crowd of peaceful demonstrators.
Reportedly, Stockton has a history of Ku Klux Klan marches, and a history of racism. According to Michael Fitzgerald, “But a history of Stockton’s racism would find some of California’s worst transgressions. Murderous hatred of Chinese argonauts; laws prohibiting Japanese from owning land; laws forbidding Asians from living north of downtown; exploitation of migrant workers; redlining of African-American homebuyers; CC&Rs prohibiting sales of northiside homes to people of color; de facto segregation by Stockton Unified schools; and our own act of domestic terrorism, the Cleveland Schoolyard massacre.”
Robert W. Hallam’s local business competitors at Cassidy’s Jewelry and Loan, 393 E. Market St., in Stockton, and Stockton Cash for Gold at 5757 Pacific Ave., #220, in Stockton, may feel like it is their lucky day.
If it turns out that the clients of Avenue Coin, Inc., decide to give their business to them, instead of Robert W. Hallam, because of his dealings with David Duke, they would be making a righteous stand against hate, the Ku Klux Klan, and white supremacy.
The businesses of others who have been outed recently for making campaign contributions to David Duke’s failed 2016 Senate campaign, including Roger Grigsby, owner of O’meil restaurant in Santa Cruz, and Julius De Roma, owner of Clubhouse Jager in Minneapolis, did not fare to well according to a recent report by Newsweek, and the New York Times.
Businesses owned by Roger Grigsby and Julius De Roma faced a boycott and employees refusing to work for them any longer after it was revealed that they each made a $500 campaign contribution to David Duke’s failed Senate campaign in 2016.
Roger Grigsby was originally outed as a proud campaign contributor to David Duke in an article on Indybay, in addition to Julius De Roma, who was also originally outed as a proud supporter and campaign contributor to David Duke in a different story on Indybay, a community news site in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Both business owners were also outed in an original story that appeared in the San Francisco Bay View Newspaper, and the mainstream media followed suit with their own stories as the boycotts occurred and the longtime establishments reportedly have been shut down.
If Stockton coin dealer Robert W. Hallam, owner of Avenue Coin Inc., is luckier than Julius De Roma, owner of Clubhouse Jager, and Roger Grigsby, owner of O’mei restaurant, his business competitors may not be able to capitalize on the fact that he was outed for contributing $1,000 to David Duke’s failed Senate campaign of 2016.

Note: Robert Hallam has confirmed his $1,000 campaign contribution to David Duke's failed senate campaign. Records reveal that the $1,000 contribution occurred in 2016, but Hallam claims the contribution was made in 1986.
Hallam does not state that he regrets giving $1,000 to David Duke's failed senate campaign, but for some reason it appears that he did not enjoy being outed as a campaign contributor to the likes of David Duke, an American white nationalist, politician, antisemitic conspiracy theorist, Holocaust denier, convicted felon, and former Imperial Wizard of the Ku Klux Klan.

Dear Ms Carson
I see my name and company being "outed" on this website: https://www.indybay.org/newsitems/2017/09/04/18802552.php
Anyone who knows me at all knows that I am anything but a racist.
For starters, just ask Dolores Perez who owns Lodi Coin & Precious Metals http://www.lodicoinandpreciousmetals.com/ Please call her and have her give you her story about how we met, how I employed her, trained her and ultimately set her up in business in Lodi. Also, ask Dolores what I have done for the entire Perez family. The Perez family are all immigrants from Zacatecas, Mexico and they are like family to me. Dolores' father, Jose Perez, owns JLP Jewelry here in Stockton. https://www.yelp.com/biz/jlp-jeweler-stockton-2 Please call Jose and ask him if Robert Hallam or any of the staff at Avenue Coin is a racist.
Next, I want you to call Rahat Hussain who immigrated to America from Lahore, Pakistan. Rahat owns KS Jewelers here in Stockton and has known me since 1996. He and his wife, Nazish, are also like family to me. https://local.yahoo.com/info-180039427-ks-jewelers-stockton I want you to call Rahat and ask him if he thinks I or any of my staff are racist.
Also call Mohammad Attique who owns KH Jewelry in Fresno.
https://www.yelp.com/biz/kh-jewelers-fresno Same thing. Mohammad is like family to me, but don't just take my word for it. You should ask Mohammad what he thinks of me and my staff at Avenue Coin.
I can go on and on with references from all cultural origins. The customer base of Avenue Coin represents a true cross section of global cultures. Everyone is treated with equal respect and love. In the past decade I spent three weeks exploring Turkey. My interest in Turkey stems from the fact that the first coins ever minted came out of Western Turkey around 500BC. Wandering through the back alleys of old Istanbul was one of the highlights of my life. I also spent three weeks touring Tanzania and lived among blacks during the time that I climbed Mt Kilimanjaro.
See attached photo. That's me in the middle.
Having Robert Hallam on your list of racists only serves to discredit your site. If you want to have a conversation sometime regarding why I donated $1000 to Duke's failed campaign for Senate in 1996, I think that that's a conversation for another time, but I will be more than willing to address that subject. Perhaps we can come to full understanding and reconciliation.
Sincerely,
Robert W Hallam, President
Avenue Coin, Inc.
