Rebel Film Festival: "The Coming War on China"

We're screening the latest film from Australian journalist and filmmaker John Pilger, an incisive critic of Western economic and military power. This documentary covers U.S. threats and preparation for war on China from 1945 to the present. From the U.S.'s monstrous dropping of the H-bomb on the temporarily evacuated Bikini Islands in the Pacific as an "experiment" to test the effects of radiation on human beings, to the present U.S. "Pivot to Asia," Pilger's film will bring tears of rage and sorrow to your eyes as it recounts U.S. imperialist war policies over the past 75 years. It is an amazing work of history and present-day anti-capitalist political analysis.
