Save St. Luke's Hospital’s Skilled Nursing Facility and Sub-Acute Services Unit!
STOP MORE CUTS in Services for Seniors and Other Vulnerable Populations!
Sutter-CPMC is planning to close units at St. Luke’s that provide comprehensive inpatient care for adults with high needs, such as post-hospital rehabilitation and ventilator care for breathing. Ventilator-dependent patients in the St. Luke’s Sub-Acute Unit are among the most vulnerable patients in our community. Due to the lack of available services in San Francisco, they would have to relocate to facilities outside of San Francisco, some as far away as Sacramento. Other units serving vulnerable patients and their families, such as the Skilled Nursing Facility, are also being considered for closure.
Take action by coming to two important meetings:
Wednesday, July 26, 2017, 10 AM
Board of Supervisors Public Safety and
Neighborhood Services Committee
SF City Hall, Room 263
1 Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Plaza
San Francisco, CA
Wednesday, July 26, 2017, 10 AM
Tuesday, August 15th at 4 PM
SF Health Commission Public Hearing
101 Grove Street, Room 300.
San Francisco, CA
