*Based of the 2016 Williams v. Pennsylvania U.S. Supreme Court decision Mumia's legal team is filing in Philadelphia on April 24 a petition for a new trial. The Williams decision held that in death penalty cases a state prosecutor, who is later appointed to a state court cannot rule on a decision that she/he was previously a party to. In Mumia's case, state prosecutor Ron Castille, who later became a PA Supreme Court judge, refused to recuse himself on Mumia's appeal.

Crossing the Color Lines as Indigenous Elder Zachary RunningWolf ran from San Francisco to City of Brotherly Hate Filthadelphia (total of 4,400 Miles) for Mumia Abu Jamal in 2001. I was Running in Akron, Ohio when the Planes hit the World Trade Center and took a Couple days off until I figured out the INSIDE JOB of 9-11 (now the 7th Annual 9-11 (was an Inside Job) 4 day Stop Driving Global Warming). I ran into Philly with Bush at 92 % Approval Rating and Running thru the Streets without the Move Family (as they were Locked Down, Understandably) carrying a Mohawk Warrior Flag chanting "Free Mumia Abu Jamal" as I had my fellow Blackfeet Brother Steve Reevis (Actor). So much has transfired since then but I DO NOT understand the Non Recognition of this Amazing Solo Run across Turtle Island for a another Amazing Journalists, Warrior, Elder and Spritual Man in Mumia Abu Jamal. I guess the INVISIBLE part of Amerikkklan does NOT get Any Credit from our Guest in OUR LAND.
