Alice Loaiza, who lived in Colombia for many years and works with Marcha Patriotoca, will present information and analysis regarding "Plan Colombia" which provided extensive military training and seven U.S. military bases in Colombia in exchange for providing"stability", promoting class security, business interests, and and help in opposing anti-government movements over the years.
Diana Bohn, who visited Honduras as a member of the Root Causes of Migration pilgrimage, which met with groups affected by the policies of the U.S.-promoted "Alliance for Prosperity", which is modeled after "Plan Colombia".
